The Farmhouse can be rented as a whole to accommodate groups of up to 16.

The Farmhouse has been divided up into 3 separate properties. Each property has its own unique character, living space and dining space.

The larger properties have dining spaces that can accommodate large groups for inside dining.

Most of the terraces can be adapted to seat large groups for alfresco dining.

ACCOMMODATION

The Farmhouse has been lovingly restored to its former glory, a rustic Umbrian farmhouse. The archways, beautiful original stonework, and charming character have all been preserved.

The Farmhouses lovely shaded terraces overlooks the picturesque views and hillside towards the medieval town of Gubbio and towards Assisi to the south east.

The villas are all furnished to a high standard, combining handmade furniture with period pieces and modern comfortable soft furnishings.

The Farmhouse properties feature original oak beams, terracotta ceilings, handmade chestnut window frames, traditional tiled floors, a bespoke kitchens, double-size bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxury bathrooms.

The Farmhouse’s private terraces are a perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views. Each has an ample shaded sitting area with a table, chairs and a gas BBQ.

Guests have use of our large swimming pool, which boasts infinite views of the mountains, shaded terraces and a good range of pool furniture.

There is a selection of outdoor activities available, such as badminton, boules and bikes to hire.

There is also a children’s play area with swing and climbing frame, mini football goal and a small paddling pool with toys for young children.

Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and 5000w (ample for normal usage) of electricity per week are included. The property is fully centrally heated. (Additional weekly charge applied for use of heating)

3 Kitchens: Well equipped with modern appliances, gas oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

3 Dining Rooms: Several options with large spaces to seat groups, well furnished with wooden tables and locally made chairs.

3 Sitting Rooms: Well equipped with modern comfortable chairs and suites, 1 has a wood burning fire, all have televisions and DVD/CD players.

7 Bathrooms : All but 1 bathroom are en-suite, some have bath tubs, most have a shower, basin, bidet and toilet.

7 Bedrooms: All are double rooms with either 2 single beds or a kingsize double bed. 6 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
